1. Click add. 2. Practice reading the closed syllable words to yourself. *Remember the vowel makes its short sound in a closed syllable. 3. Click the door to show the "magic" e! Now the word is a v-e syllable. *Remember the vowel makes its long sound; it says its name in a v-e syllable. 4. Practice reading the words with the e revealed. 5. When you are ready, click the purple mic frame-voice to record yourself reading the words as a closed syllable with the door closed and a v-e syllable with the e. 6. Click the check once you have finished recording yourself reading all the words with both syllable types.
