You will need a ball or a beanbag or a small stuffed animal or a balloon or another small soft object to complete this activity. Practice tossing and catching your object. You can toss and catch with a partner or you can toss your object up in the air and catch it yourself. You can even try it with different objects. 👆🏽 👆🏽 Take a video of yourself tossing and catching.
