Use this list to compile FIVE things you are thankful for. These could be people (parents, friends, loved ones, or even teachers [past or present]), possessions (items or things that are important to you), experiences (a trip you got to take, or visits with an important loved one, seeing a movie or concert that was important to you), intangibles (like good health, happiness, the ability to read and write), or tangibles (like a safe home, warm bed, food to eat everyday, comfortable clothes). I want you to take 5-10 minutes and really reflect on what you have to be thankful for. Use a text box to enter your name and to type out each list item. You will choose one of the things from your list to write a short paragraph about later.
