Teachers, save “Debating” to assign it to your class.

Look at my example of planning for a topic to debate. We would like you to prepare and deliver arguments FOR and AGAINST this statement: 'Schools should be closed forever. All children should now be home-schooled from the age of 4 to 16.' This is a talking and listening exercise, so you must use the microphone to record yourself delivering your opinions. Write notes with your ideas on paper first. Try to plan at least 3 reasons that could be supporting this statement (FOR) and 3 reasons that would not agree with the statement (AGAINST). I wonder which argument will convince me most? 🤔🤔🤔
