Student Instructions
What are biomes?πππππ Biomes are regions of the world πwith similar climate (weather, temperature) animals and plants. There are terrestrial biomes (land) and aquatic biomes, both freshwater and marine. You are going to investigateπ what the 7 major Land Biomes are and where they can be found. The first thing you need to do is complete a Google search. Enter the key words : world's biomes Your page should look like that on page #2 of instruction. Spend a little time investigating about the 7 different Biomes. Page #1 student response requires you to list the & Biomes of the world. Add a text box and Picture for each biome. The next pages will need to be β added by the students as they complete their response. Page #2 to #8 student response requires further in-depth investigation about each of the 7 Biomes. Pages need to include: 1. Name of Biome 2. Brief description of Biome- include some example of common plants and animal for that region. What is the typical weather for that Biome. 3. A few pictures of what the typical Biome looks like. 4. A voice recording, summarizing the facts about that Biome. Page #9 student response requires a screenshot to be of a world map with the 7 Biomes clearly marked on it. When complete remember to your response.
