In lockdown it's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed and to forget all the fantastic things we have going on. In this activity there is a collection of resources to investigate (these are on slide 1). If you are sharing a device dip in and out as suits you and your bubble. Check out a story or a clip and then take a moment to think and reflect. Some of these are stories and clips about gratitude, others support movement and exercise. Slide 2 has two quotes about what gratitude means to some people. When you have an idea about what gratitude means to you (maybe have a chat to your whānau to help sort out your ideas) it is time to come up with your own gratitude quote. Practise by writing a couple of quotes, then pick your favourite to post to slide 3. Add a background (and if you would like you can add an image). I'm really looking forward to reading your quotes!
