Pick one bodyweight exercise from each category. Do each bodyweight exercise for 40-seconds, followed by 20-seconds rest. Complete 4 rounds. The entire workout will take about 16-minutes. Bodyweight exercises require no special equipment. You can do these bodyweight exercises anywhere. You can try a different combination each time you workout.
